Ilona is a promoter of healthy thinking and supporting the body using raw plant cuisine, fasting and herbs. A graduate of Dr. Robert Morse’s International School of Detoxification. She is a raw food trainer, and a specialist in detox and regeneration at the cellular level. She is also an Iridologist. A graduate of the Vedica Academy of Psychobiology (Dr. Marzanna Radziszewska), her mission is to discover through work with the body and mind, the inner Power and Beauty of each being. And to show how to achieve overall balance and make choices from the heart. Ilona conducts lectures, workshops, therapeutic sessions, and shares the beneficial properties of cacao with the Polish community. She is a Certified Cacao Ceremony Space Holder.
